We are sure you will all be relieved to hear that Traction Man lived to see another day after his battle with Evil Scissors. The children did a brilliant job of putting their own ideas into the story and pieced together all of the elements we have been looking at this half term. We had a great range of exciting noun phrases, some really interesting language and our year two children worked hard to include conjunctions within their work.

Mrs Murray-Ward worked with the class this week to look at the figure Martin Luther King, as part of our work for Black History month. It really highlighted just how respectful and considerate our children are with the responses and comments that were given. We are going to continue with this work and it would be great to hear of the children sharing their learning with everyone at home.
