School Uniform

Purchasing School Uniform

Items with our school logo can be purchased via the School Gateway app and collected from the school office, or from Better and Bright Schoolwear located in Castleford Indoor Market.

Uniform items displaying the school logo are not compulsory. Plain items may be worn and are widely available from most high street and supermarket stores.

All uniform must follow our school colour system. Any items that do not meet these requirements may be removed and replaced with spare uniform provided by the school.

We also have a supply of second-hand uniform available. Please contact the school office if you require support.

Winter Uniform

Red sweatshirt or cardigan (with or without school logo)
White polo shirt (with or without school logo)
Grey or black trousers, skirt, pinafore, or shorts
Black, flat, well-supporting shoes
A change of shoes for indoor use (e.g. pumps or slippers)

Summer Uniform

All of the above winter items may still be worn, or
Red and white checked summer dress
Sandals with secure straps

Jewellery

For health and safety reasons, jewellery is not permitted.

If a child arrives at school wearing jewellery, it will be removed, placed in an envelope, and kept in the school office for collection by an adult.

A single pair of simple stud earrings is permitted. However:

Studs must not be worn for PE
Children must be able to remove them independently, or they should be removed before coming to school
Any jewellery other than simple studs will be removed

These rules apply to Nursery to Year 2.
